- Is the AI any good?
- On a real architectural drawing, Detect All finds ~95% of standard symbols at high confidence. The remaining 5% are spot-checked in the review dock. We don't auto-commit anything; you always review. The model behind it is GPT-5.4 (Azure AI Foundry); we maintain a benchmark vs Anthropic Claude that any design partner can audit.
- What if you don't have feature X?
- We're honest about the Year-1 scope. We don't have BIM, fully-integrated payroll, real-time owner billing, or every module the legacy enterprise platforms ship. We have estimating, project setup, RFIs, submittals, daily logs, punch list, schedule Gantt, and proposals. If you need anything we don't have, we'll tell you in the discovery call — and recommend an alternative if it's not on our roadmap.
- Where does our data live?
- Azure Canada Central. PostgreSQL + Azure Blob Storage. SOC 2 Type II compliance via Azure inheritance. Your data is encrypted at rest, in transit, and the per-tenant API keys for the AI provider are envelope-encrypted with AES-256-GCM (ADR-0009). You can export everything as clean CSV/JSON in one click, anytime.
- Can we run a paid pilot before committing?
- Yes. The first 3 design partners in Q3 2026 get a 6-month pilot at half-price ($15K) in exchange for biweekly product feedback calls. Pilot converts to a regular Year-1 subscription at the contracted $30K/yr or you walk away with your data and zero termination penalty.
